Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients to deliver a refined, personalised service that aligns with brand standards.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, cross‑selling and value‑added client advice.
- Maintain meticulous product presentation and visual merchandising to uphold boutique aesthetics.
- Develop and maintain client records and perform clienteling activities including follow‑up and appointment management.
- Operate the POS, handle transactions accurately and comply with cash‑handling procedures.
- Support stock management: receive deliveries, execute replenishment and assist in inventory counts.
- Participate in in‑store promotions, window displays and team briefings; contribute to a collaborative boutique atmosphere.
- Adhere to brand compliance, loss‑prevention and service protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Eligible for alternance / work‑study contract and enrolled in a recognized vocational or higher education programme.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑centred demeanour.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Strong attention to visual detail and boutique presentation standards.
- Basic numeracy and the ability to operate a point‑of‑sale system accurately.
Skills
Experience
No minimum prior professional experience is required; candidates with previous retail or luxury boutique exposure will be advantaged. Demonstrable customer‑facing experience or internships in retail environments is desirable.
Education
Enrolment in a relevant vocational or higher education programme compatible with an alternance/apprenticeship (e.g., Bac Pro, BTS or equivalent work‑study course).
