Retail Sales Advisor
Louis Pion seeks a Retail Sales Advisor (CDD 35h) in Reims. Contract role delivering client service, watch sales and boutique merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and personalised product advice to drive watch and accessories sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and client follow-up.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to reflect brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions, handle cash and manage receipts with accuracy.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform inventory checks, replenish displays and report discrepancies.
- Provide after-sales support, including warranty handling, repairs intake and client communication.
- Contribute to local clienteling activities: build and update client records, schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Support daily store opening/closing routines and participate in team briefings and commercial operations.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability for a fixed-term contract of 35 hours per week and flexible schedule including weekends.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy for handling transactions and basic stock reconciliation.
- Ability to work effectively within a small retail team and adapt to a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Professional demeanour and attention to detail appropriate for selling watches and fashion accessories.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail experience, ideally within watches, jewellery or fashion accessories; demonstrable history of meeting sales targets is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
