Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-quality customer service and clienteling to convert footfall into sales and foster repeat business.
  • Advise customers on product features, fit and after-sales care for watches and accessories, demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and manage payments and receipts.
  • Achieve and report against daily and monthly sales targets; actively participate in promotional initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing, and window displays according to brand guidelines.
  • Receive, inspect and organise inventory; support stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and after-sales requests professionally, escalating complex issues to management as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth operations during opening hours, peak periods and special events.

Qualifications

  • Professional, customer-focused demeanour with proven sales orientation.
  • Availability to work a 35-hour CDD (fixed-term contract) schedule including weekends and peak retail hours.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and card transactions.
  • Ability to follow visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
  • Fluency in French required; additional languages are advantageous (not specified).

Experience
