Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns across digital and in‑store channels.
  • Create and adapt content for social media, newsletters and POS materials, ensuring strict brand consistency.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day community management and social media scheduling; monitor basic performance metrics.
  • Contribute to email marketing set‑ups and reporting with CRM or mailing tools; support segmentation and A/B tests.
  • Coordinate with retail teams and external agencies to prepare events, window displays and promotional assets.
  • Collect market and competitor insights; prepare regular performance and KPI reports for the marketing team.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team: asset management, briefing documents and production follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a work‑study/apprenticeship‑compatible programme in marketing, communication or business (BTS, Licence Pro, Bachelor or Master).
  • Strong interest in luxury goods, retail marketing and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, brand‑aligned copy.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Creative sensibility with an eye for visual detail and brand coherence.

Experience

0–12 months relevant experience; prior internships or short projects in marketing, retail or communications are advantageous but not required for an apprenticeship position.

Education

Currently enrolled in a marketing, communication or business programme compatible with an apprenticeship/work‑study contract (BTS, Licence Pro, Bachelor or Master).
