Confidential luxury house in Paris seeks a Maintenance Technician — full-time role managing facilities, preventive and corrective maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical installations.
  • Diagnose and repair faults, execute routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors and suppliers for specialised repairs and installations.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, basic ordering and proper storage of technical consumables and tools.
  • Respond to urgent breakdowns and on-site emergencies to minimise operational disruption for boutiques or production sites.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations and participate in site risk assessments.
  • Support installation projects, periodic testing (e.g., safety devices) and small refurbishment works.

Qualifications

  • Vocational qualification in building services, electromechanics, HVAC, industrial maintenance or equivalent.
  • Certifications or training in electrical safety and working at heights preferred.
  • Valid driver's licence for local travel and contractor coordination.
  • Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools.

Experience

Vocational diploma (e.g., BTS, CAP, BEP) in electromechanics, building services, HVAC or equivalent technical qualification.
