Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and conversion of footfall.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge of leather goods, materials and care; advise clients on styling and aftercare.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation and window displays in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and client records; ensure confidentiality and accuracy of client data.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and back-of-house organisation; participate in stock counts.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team and sales management on promotions, private appointments and VIP events.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales and client relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented, discreet demeanour appropriate for high-net-worth clients.
  • Fluent verbal communication and presentational ability; comfort speaking confidently about product manufacturing and materials.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.

Experience
