Role & Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through proactive selling and effective clienteling.
- Support the store manager in supervising and coaching a small sales team; deliver on-the-job training and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through appointment management, follow-up and personalized service.
- Implement and uphold brand standards for visual merchandising, in-store presentation and client experience.
- Manage stock flow: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, replenish sales floor and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Contribute to commercial planning and sales reporting; analyze results and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate client events and in-store activations to drive traffic and brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an alternating work-study (alternance) program or equivalent apprenticeship in business, retail management or fashion.
- Strong commercial orientation with evidence of customer-facing success in retail environments.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate small teams; leadership potential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and polished client service appropriate to the luxury sector.
- Organizational rigour with attention to merchandising and stock processes.
- Fluent in French; working knowledge of English preferred.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required; 1–2 years in sales or client-facing roles is preferred, ideally within luxury or premium brands. Experience supervising or mentoring colleagues is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in business, retail management, commerce or fashion (alternance/work-study contract).
