Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through daily commercial activity and client-focused initiatives.
- Deliver high-quality clienteling: welcome, advise and retain clients through personalised service and CRM follow-up.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation in line with brand directives.
- Assist with daily store operations including stock intake, inventory control and merchandising replenishment.
- Coach and motivate boutique sales staff during shifts, ensuring consistent service standards and knowledge transfer.
- Produce and analyse basic sales reports and KPIs to inform in-store action plans and promotional activity.
- Participate in product training, events and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and conversion.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher-education programme (Bachelor or equivalent) in Business, Luxury Management, Retail or related discipline as part of an alternance/work-study agreement.
- Strong commercial orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused demeanour with a professional presentation appropriate to luxury retail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and to perform under sales pressure.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with sales reporting and KPI concepts.

Experience
Suitable for candidates with limited professional experience in retail; typically 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles is expected, preferably with exposure to luxury or premium retail environments and basic supervisory responsibilities.
Education
Enrolled in or pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Licence/Bachelor) or equivalent in Business, Luxury Management, Retail, Marketing or a related field — alternance/work-study students preferred.
