Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and production of internal communications content (newsletters, intranet articles, email campaigns, presentations).
- Maintain and update the intranet and internal editorial calendar, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events in partnership with HR and local teams.
- Assist in the development and distribution of internal multimedia content (graphics, short videos, slide decks).
- Measure and report on engagement metrics; propose improvements to increase readership and participation.
- Liaise with corporate communications, marketing and country teams to ensure alignment of internal and external messages.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Communications, Corporate Communications, PR, Journalism or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high editorial standards.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work across HR, marketing and operational teams.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or vocational experience in internal communications, corporate communications, HR communications or a communications agency is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate relevant academic projects or extracurricular communications experience.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Corporate Communications, PR, Journalism or a related field; eligible for alternance/work‑study.
