Leading luxury fashion house in Paris seeks a Human Resources Intern (6-month) for hands‑on experience in recruitment and people operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities: prepare job postings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes: prepare welcome documentation, organise induction schedules and ensure personnel files are complete and up to date.
- Perform HR administrative tasks: maintain employee records, update HR databases and assist with contract preparation and renewals under HR guidance.
- Assist with HR reporting and basic data analysis to produce headcount, turnover and recruitment metrics for the HR team.
- Contribute to learning & development initiatives by coordinating logistics for training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Provide operational support for employee relations enquiries and escalate complex issues to HR managers while preserving confidentiality.
- Drive small process improvement projects and ad hoc HR projects as assigned, delivering clear documentation and progress updates.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and applicable labour regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR within the luxury or retail sector; previous internships in HR or administrative roles advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Professional discretion and high standards of confidentiality when handling personal and sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; proactive team player with a client‑service mindset.
