Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administration: prepare contracts, maintain personnel files and ensure regulatory compliance of employee records.
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Coordinate apprenticeship and internship programs: schedule trainings, follow up on learning objectives and liaise with academic partners.
- Manage routine employee lifecycle processes: absences, leave requests, probationary evaluations and update HR information systems.
- Contribute to payroll and benefits administration by collecting documentation and liaising with payroll providers and HR business partners.
- Prepare HR reporting and dashboards, organise internal communications and support ad hoc HR projects (talent reviews, employer branding events).
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (work‑study/alternance track).
- Basic knowledge of labour law and HR administrative processes appropriate to a French employment context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation appropriate for a luxury environment.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Capacity to work collaboratively across teams and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Experience
Previous internships or coursework in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable interest in people operations within retail or luxury sectors is an advantage.
Education
Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship enrolment required).
