Confidential luxury brand — Paris: HR Development & Employer Branding Intern (internship) supporting employer brand, communications and talent development.

Overview

A French luxury fashion house operating within the premium retail and lifestyle sector. The employer places a premium on craftsmanship, creative direction and a distinctive brand identity, and typically operates within the ecosystem of a larger luxury group or maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of employer branding initiatives across digital and on‑site channels.
  • Create and adapt social content, employer value proposition copy and visuals for careers pages and social media.
  • Assist in the organisation and delivery of candidate events, campus outreach and employer brand activations.
  • Contribute to internal communication campaigns related to talent development, onboarding and employee engagement.
  • Maintain and update careers site content, job postings and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collect, analyse and report on employer brand KPIs and candidate experience metrics to inform improvements.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, creative teams and internal HR stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing notes and project documentation for HR leadership.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken French; strong professional English skills.
  • Strong interest in luxury fashion, employer branding and talent development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.

Experience

Previous internship experience in HR, communications, recruitment or employer branding (6 months preferred). Demonstrable project or campaign work related to employer brand or campus recruitment is advantageous.

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
