Luxury Maison in Paris seeks a Home Sales Advisor — deliver personalised client service and drive sales for the Maison home collection.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth and private clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Provide expert product advice across the Maison's home collection, including materials, provenance and care.
  • Manage sales transactions, appointment scheduling and CRM records to ensure an impeccable client journey.
  • Support visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain the Maison’s aesthetic and seasonal floor sets.
  • Coordinate stock management, replenishment and returns in partnership with the store operations team.
  • Participate in in-store events, private appointments and bespoke service offerings (gift-wrapping, personalisation).

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to deliver a high level of discretion and personalised service to discerning clientele.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in presentation and after-sales care.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.

Experience
