Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to a discerning luxury clientele, including clienteling and aftercare.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting and conversion.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-ups and VIP lists using established CRM and clienteling routines.
  • Present merchandise with exacting visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique aesthetics.
  • Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling, POS operations and returns according to policy.
  • Support stock management: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts and assist with replenishment.
  • Collaborate with store management on initiatives, events and local marketing to drive footfall and brand awareness.
  • Uphold brand image, product knowledge and compliance with service protocols and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium fashion retail, demonstrating consistent sales performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client‑first mentality and discretion handling high‑value relationships.
  • Strong presentation and visual merchandising aptitude; attention to detail in store standards.
  • Comfortable with retail systems and point‑of‑sale processes; numerate and organised.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Fluency in the local language is expected; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience
