Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance Beauty Advisors' (BAs) consultation and selling skills to elevate customer service in alignment with the F.R.E.S.H. selling ceremony.
  • Independently deliver training programs, including new BA training and new product training, tailored to the BA career path.
  • Identify training objectives for each store visit in accordance with retail strategy, providing on-site coaching to build BA confidence.
  • Evaluate BAs in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Product Managers to create, review, and enhance local training program content.
  • Deliver training courses as a model for field training, supporting the training manager in completing the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program.
  • Conduct beauty workshops for customers.
  • Maintain and enhance the image of BAs.
  • Define training objectives for each course in line with the training strategy.
  • Support brand animations and events.
  • Assist the training manager in achieving departmental targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in coaching and communication Strong understanding of the cosmetic retail environment Good literary skills Willingness to work under pressure and travel frequently

Experience

Over 3 years of relevant experience in the cosmetics industry.

Bachelor's degree or higher
