Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales operations at the store or counter to achieve sales targets.
  • Execute monthly marketing activities effectively.
  • Collect and report competitor and market activity data to supervisors.
  • Provide proactive customer consultation services.
  • Maintain brand image and handle customer objections.
  • Supervise daily inventory checks and ensure data accuracy.
  • Execute proper store and counter displays and changes.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including merchandise management and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to brand operational requirements.
  • Ensure execution of display, merchandise, sales reports, staff image, training, and customer retention.
  • Participate in staff training on product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer operations.
  • Communicate company requirements and policies to counter staff.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of frontline cosmetics sales experience.
  • More than 3 years of experience in managing and leading sales teams.
  • Experience managing high-revenue stores.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High sensitivity to luxury products.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with no visible tattoos.

Skills

Ability to provide professional skincare knowledge and advice. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email communication.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in frontline cosmetics sales and 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.
