Join Fresh in Jersey City, New Jersey as a Senior Global Consolidation Manager. Lead global financial reporting for the LVMH Group with a focus on consolidation and process improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation processes including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Lead multi-currency consolidation, foreign exchange translation, and analysis.
  • Manage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and inventory margin.
  • Ensure accurate accounting for complex areas such as accruals, provisions, and inventory reserves.
  • Prepare and review Group reporting packages including Actuals, Forecasts, and Budget.
  • Collaborate with LVMH Group Finance, external auditors, and local finance teams.
  • Drive process improvements, close acceleration, and control enhancements.
  • Provide variance analysis and executive-ready insights to leadership.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, including system and automation projects.

Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or global accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles; US GAAP exposure is advantageous.
  • Experience in a large, international, matrix organization.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and macros. ERP knowledge, preferably AX Dynamics or Oracle. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders. Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus. Exposure to Tax and Treasury topics is beneficial.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or global accounting within a large, international, matrix organization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
