Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business growth on the TikTok channel through strategic planning and execution.
- Leverage existing resources to achieve TikTok sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance to derive actionable business strategies.
- Plan product portfolio and mechanisms to boost sales on TikTok.
- Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok, collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Support Key Account Manager with key account plans and daily brand livestreaming activities.
- Manage channel inventory and expenses to ensure smooth sales operations and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to update content and store visuals according to campaign calendars.
- Optimize customer experience in conjunction with the CRM team.
- Create short video content to enhance brand livestream efficiency and increase store membership and fan base.
- Monitor platform regulation changes and competitor trends to identify new opportunities.
- Track high-performing KOLs on the platform to explore further opportunities.
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably with a focus on social media platforms like TikTok.
