Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retail education programs tailored to the specific needs of diverse target groups.
  • Create and execute training courses that integrate brand positioning, market strategy, and professional product knowledge.
  • Utilize a variety of learning formats, including classroom, distant, and e-learning, to deliver training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through quantitative assessments, such as tests, sales KPIs, and practical evaluations, and optimize areas of weakness.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to establish service standards, techniques, and tools that enhance brand visibility and authority.
  • Manage service data and reporting to improve the efficiency of the retail team.
  • Develop an e-learning platform to enhance training efficiency.
  • Conduct mystery shopper evaluations to verify training outcomes and identify service improvement opportunities.
