Role & Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations at the store counter, fostering team collaboration to achieve sales targets.
- Execute monthly marketing activities accurately.
- Collect and report competitor and mall activity information to supervisors.
- Provide proactive customer consultation services and handle after-sales service efficiently.
- Maintain and enhance the brand image while resolving customer objections.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring accurate inventory checks and proper product display.
- Participate actively in staff training, covering product knowledge and service quality.
- Communicate company requirements and policies to counter staff.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of frontline cosmetics sales experience.
- More than 3 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Experience managing high-revenue stores.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High sensitivity to luxury products.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with no tattoos.
