Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales activities at the store counter to achieve sales targets through teamwork.
  • Input and maintain daily sales data and achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Provide proactive customer consultation services and maintain after-sales service to understand customer needs and feedback.
  • Uphold the brand image and assist in daily store operations, including inventory checks and ensuring accurate data.
  • Support store displays and merchandise management, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to brand operational standards.
  • Participate actively in employee training to enhance product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
  • Assist the store manager with other related store duties.

Qualifications

  • Over one year of frontline cosmetics sales experience.
  • Professional appearance with good skin condition and a pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to provide customers with professional skincare knowledge and advice.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
