Fresh is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Xiamen — drive sales and deliver exceptional client service for Fresh's fragrance and skincare range.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and actively achieve personal and team targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Assess client needs and recommend Fresh products, executing upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, including professional handling and resolution of client complaints.
  • Support and execute assigned store tasks and daily operations in accordance with store routines.
  • Adhere strictly to company operating procedures and brand visual and service standards.
  • Maintain professional personal presentation consistent with brand grooming requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong passion for retail and the fragrance/cosmetics industry; 2–3 years of retail sales experience preferred.
  • High sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and detail-oriented service mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Grooming standards: no obvious facial or exposed-body scars or visible tattoos.
  • Mandarin proficiency with standard pronunciation.

Experience
