Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales activities at store counters or boutiques to achieve sales targets through teamwork.
  • Input and maintain daily sales data accurately.
  • Meet monthly sales objectives.
  • Proactively provide customer consultation services.
  • Deliver after-sales service by understanding and responding to customer needs and feedback promptly.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand image.
  • Assist with daily inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support counter and store display arrangements and changes.
  • Participate in daily store operations, including merchandise management and cleanliness.
  • Adhere strictly to brand operational requirements.
  • Actively participate in staff training sessions on product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills to meet comprehensive sales personnel standards.
  • Comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist the store manager with other related store matters.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the retail industry, preferably with cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty store experience.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
  • Good skin condition, presentable appearance, and professional demeanor with no tattoos.

Skills

Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in basic computer operations.

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales, especially in cosmetics or beauty-related fields, is preferred.
