Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales activities at the store counter, collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Input and maintain daily sales data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Fulfill monthly sales quotas.
  • Provide proactive customer consultation services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct after-sales services, understanding customer needs and feedback to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Maintain brand image through exemplary customer interactions.
  • Assist in daily inventory checks, ensuring data accuracy and stock integrity.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts, including counter and store displays.
  • Participate in routine store operations such as merchandise management and cleanliness.
  • Adhere strictly to brand operational standards and guidelines.
  • Actively participate in employee training sessions covering product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
  • Assist the store manager with additional store-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in frontline cosmetics sales.
  • Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
  • Ability to provide expert skincare advice and educate customers on skincare routines.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.

Skills

Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail in maintaining sales and inventory records. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in frontline cosmetics sales is required.
