Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective team collaboration and individual performance at the store counter.
- Maintain and input daily sales data accurately.
- Provide proactive customer consultation services and ensure exceptional after-sales support.
- Uphold and enhance the brand image through excellent customer service.
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management and accurate stocktaking.
- Support the visual merchandising of the store and counter displays.
- Participate actively in staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
- Adhere strictly to brand operational requirements and company policies.
- Assist the store manager with various store-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in frontline cosmetics sales.
- Professional appearance with a good complexion and presentable demeanor.
- Ability to provide expert skincare advice and educate customers on skincare routines.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
