Role & Responsibilities

• Engage in sales activities at store counters to achieve sales targets through team collaboration.
• Input and maintain daily sales data accurately.
• Meet monthly sales objectives.
• Proactively provide customer consultation services.
• Deliver after-sales service by understanding customer needs and feedback.
• Maintain and enhance the brand image.
• Assist in daily inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Support the display and rearrangement of store counters and products.
• Participate in store operations including merchandise management and cleanliness.
• Adhere strictly to brand operational requirements.
• Actively participate in staff training to enhance product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
• Assist the store manager with other related tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in the retail industry, preferably in cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty stores.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
• Good skin quality, presentable appearance, and a professional demeanor.
