Role & Responsibilities

• Engage in sales activities at store counters or outlets to achieve sales targets through teamwork.
• Input and maintain daily sales data.
• Achieve monthly sales objectives.
• Proactively provide customer consultation services.
• Deliver excellent after-sales service by understanding customer needs and feedback.
• Uphold and enhance the brand image.
• Assist in daily inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Support the arrangement and replacement of store displays.
• Contribute to daily store operations, including product management and cleanliness.
• Adhere strictly to brand operational requirements.
• Participate actively in staff training, covering product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
• Assist the store manager with other related tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in the retail industry, preferably in cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty stores.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
• Good skin condition, presentable appearance, and good demeanor without tattoos.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales, especially in cosmetics or beauty-related fields, is preferred.
