Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in sales activities at the store counter or boutique, collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Input and maintain daily sales data accurately.
- Meet monthly sales objectives.
- Proactively provide customer consultation services.
- Deliver after-sales service by understanding customer needs and feedback promptly.
- Maintain and enhance the brand image.
- Assist in daily inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the arrangement and replacement of store displays and counters.
- Participate in daily store operations, including product management and cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to brand operational requirements.
- Actively participate in staff training sessions covering product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
- Comply with company policies and regulations.
- Assist the store manager with other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty stores.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
- Good skin quality, presentable appearance, and a professional demeanor.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in cosmetics or beauty-related fields, is preferred.
