Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales activities at store counters or boutiques to achieve sales targets through teamwork.
  • Input and maintain daily sales data accurately.
  • Meet monthly sales objectives.
  • Proactively provide customer consultation services.
  • Deliver excellent post-sale service by understanding customer needs and feedback.
  • Uphold and enhance the brand image.
  • Assist in daily inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the display and rearrangement of counters and store layouts.
  • Participate in daily store operations, including merchandise management and cleanliness.
  • Strictly adhere to brand operational requirements.
  • Actively participate in staff training on product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills to meet comprehensive competency requirements and improve sales performance.
  • Comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist the store manager with other related store matters.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the retail industry, preferably in cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty stores.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
  • Good skin quality, presentable appearance, and a professional image with no visible tattoos.

Skills

Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Proficiency in basic computer operations.

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales, particularly within the cosmetics or beauty sector, is preferred.
