Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in retail sales activities at store counters, collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Input and maintain daily sales data accurately.
  • Meet monthly sales objectives.
  • Provide proactive customer consultation services.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service by understanding customer needs and feedback.
  • Uphold and enhance the brand image.
  • Assist in daily inventory counts and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the setup and changeover of store displays and counters.
  • Manage store operations including product management and cleanliness.
  • Adhere strictly to brand operational requirements.
  • Participate actively in staff training sessions covering product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
  • Comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist the store manager with additional store-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty stores.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle significant work pressure.
  • Good skin quality, pleasant appearance, and professional demeanor with no visible tattoos.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in basic computer operations.

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in the cosmetics or luxury goods sector, is preferred.
