Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in counter or store sales activities to achieve sales targets through team collaboration.
  • Input and maintain daily sales data accurately.
  • Meet monthly sales objectives.
  • Proactively provide customer consultation services and maintain after-sales service standards.
  • Uphold and enhance the brand image through excellent customer service.
  • Assist in daily inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the display and merchandising of counters and stores.
  • Participate in store operations, including product management and cleanliness.
  • Adhere strictly to brand operational requirements.
  • Actively participate in staff training to enhance product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
  • Assist the store manager with other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty stores.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
  • Good skin condition, presentable appearance, and a professional demeanor.

Skills

Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Proficiency in basic computer operations.

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales, particularly within the cosmetics or beauty industry, is preferred.
