Role & Responsibilities

• Engage in retail sales activities at store counters or boutiques, collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
• Input and maintain daily sales data accurately.
• Meet monthly sales objectives.
• Proactively offer customer consultation services.
• Deliver excellent after-sales service, understanding customer needs and feedback.
• Uphold and enhance the brand image.
• Assist in daily inventory checks ensuring data accuracy.
• Support in merchandise display and store layout adjustments.
• Participate in routine store operations including product management and cleanliness.
• Adhere strictly to brand operational standards.
• Actively participate in staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
• Comply with company policies and regulations.
• Assist the store manager with additional store-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty multi-brand stores.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle significant work pressure.
• Good skin quality, presentable appearance, and a professional demeanor with no visible tattoos.
