FRED seeks a Stand Manager in Le Chesnay (Parly 2) to lead sales, client development and team performance in luxury jewellery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed sales and revenue targets for the stand; drive growth in mid and high jewellery categories.
  • Expand market share within the department store's jewellery offering and reinforce the brand's positioning in the local ecosystem.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with department store stakeholders (Personal Shoppers, VIP teams, etc.) to maximise referrals and client introductions.
  • Develop and grow the client database through targeted initiatives and CRM utilisation; proactively recruit new clients.
  • Analyse sales KPIs, prepare performance reporting, and propose actionable plans to optimise results.
  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team: recruit, train, motivate and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Manage daily operations of the point of sale including stock control, visual merchandising compliance, basic accounting, staffing and scheduling.
  • Ensure exceptional after‑sales service and uphold security and HR policies on site.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable commercial results.
  • Post-secondary diploma (Bac+2 / associate degree) or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Proven people-management experience, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
  • Knowledge of the jewellery sector is a strong advantage.
  • Business-oriented with strong analytical capability to interpret KPIs and implement improvement plans.
  • Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of meeting sales challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills; strong customer-service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Pack Office and experience working with CRM systems.

Experience

Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail with a record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team; prior exposure to jewellery retail or department‑store concessions is highly desirable.

Education

Bac+2 (associate degree) or equivalent vocational qualification.
