Fred — Senior Sales Associate, Jewellery (CDI) in Paris. Seeking experienced luxury sales professional fluent in English to drive client relations and boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison by delivering an impeccable standard of welcome and client service to French and international customers.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement and personalised advice.
- Advise clients on product selection and styling, building trust and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Grow and qualify the client database to drive retention and new-client acquisition initiatives.
- Contribute to boutique visual excellence: arrange window displays, maintain product presentation and ensure adherence to brand image and merchandising codes.
- Support day-to-day boutique operations including after-sales service (SAV), back-office tasks and other operational duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in luxury retail sales (preferably jewellery or watchmaking; leather goods and accessories considered).
- Excellent presentation and polished interpersonal skills; comfortable serving an international clientele.
- Fluent in English and French; additional language fluency strongly preferred.
- Organised and rigorous in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Proven commercial drive with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency with retail applications and Microsoft Office.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive sales experience in the luxury sector, ideally within jewellery or watchmaking; demonstrated success in clienteling, database development and achieving sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in luxury retail, sales or jewellery is preferred.
