Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and monitor weekly and monthly commercial KPIs for EMEA retail; produce ad‑hoc sales analyses and propose corrective action plans.
- Support monitoring and activation of regional sales challenges and commercial incentives.
- Centralize operational needs from boutiques and ensure compliance with CRM guidelines and internal procedures.
- Develop and maintain internal operational materials and assist in the preparation of team meetings and regional reviews.
- Analyse sales by collection and track performance of newness; deliver insight to inform assortment and merchandising decisions.
- Support regional merchandiser in regional and local stock oversight, manage daily stock requests (transfers, replenishments) and coordinate special orders.
- Assist with press shootings, product rotation and logistics related to jewelry presentation.
- Contribute to EMEA product presentations, ensure product information is communicated to the retail network and follow up on specific orders.
- Participate in the organisation of regional events, pop‑ups and store openings and collaborate cross‑functionally with Retail, Wholesale and Marketing teams for 360° activations.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Master’s programme in business, management or equivalent university degree (apprenticeship/alternance track).
- Proven proficiency in English (required).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated numerical aptitude and analytical rigour.
- Good time management with the ability to respect deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), Microsoft Office; Power BI strongly recommended.
- Availability to begin the apprenticeship in September 2026 and submission of the alternance schedule with the application; preferred rhythms: 3 weeks in company / 1 week at school or 4 days in company / 1 day at school.
- First experience in retail or luxury is an advantage.

Entry‑level — no extensive professional experience required; prior internships or first experience in retail or the luxury sector are considered advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Master's programme in business/commerce or equivalent university degree (alternance/apprenticeship track).
