Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts including distribution, commercial, partnership, designer, service, supply, IT, and intellectual property rights agreements.
- Participate in contract negotiations when necessary.
- Manage the signing process of contracts and maintain the contract database.
- Conduct legal research and provide consultations.
- Assist in pre-litigation and litigation processes.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, or Distribution and Consumer Law.
- DJCE or dual training in IEP/Business School is appreciated.
- CRFPA qualification is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is appreciated.
Education
Pursuing a Master's degree in relevant legal fields.
