FRED (LVMH) is hiring an International Marketing Intern in Paris for a 6-month Marketing 360 internship starting July 2026.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and follow-up of the annual Marketing 360 plan and the international events calendar, including activation schedules and animation planning.
  • Coordinate the development of HQ guidelines and oversee their rollout with local Market marketing teams; manage validation retroplannings.
  • Prepare Marketing 360 Committees by consolidating performance data, presenting results of past activations and outlining objectives for upcoming programmes.
  • Animate and participate in Marketing 360 meetings with HQ and Market teams; follow and support global and local initiatives until deployment.
  • Draft and distribute essential implementation guidelines for Market-level 360 programmes; consolidate feedback and produce post-event reports to optimise future activations.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring: gather and share market trends, trade-marketing innovations and prepare benchmark syntheses for key periods (Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Holiday Season).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communication, press, VM, client services, supply chain, logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless implementation of programmes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (business school or equivalent) — available for a 6-month internship beginning July 2026.
  • Fluent English (required) to work with international Markets and HQ teams.
  • Strong interest in international, fast-evolving environments and the luxury jewellery sector.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, organisational rigour and analytical sense.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Prior experience within an operational marketing department in luxury or jewellery is a plus.

Experience

Entry-level — open to candidates with little or no professional experience; prior internship or operational marketing exposure in luxury or jewellery is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (business school) or equivalent university degree.

Benefits

Monthly gross stipend of €1,300; one day remote per week after three months (subject to manager approval); six paid authorised absence days; meal vouchers €10/day with 60% employer contribution; 50% contribution to transport subscription; participation in HR workshops and networking events.
