Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day operation of two international e‑commerce sites (five languages): coordinate with creative studio, communications and client teams to publish weekly homepage and landing‑page assets.
- Manage newsletter briefs with the client team and oversee implementation of campaign assets across markets.
- Coordinate translation requirements and liaise with external translation agencies to ensure timely, accurate localized content.
- Maintain product catalogue and coordinate launches of new SKUs across online channels.
- Coordinate inventory management with the warehouse: monitor daily stock levels and escalate replenishment or availability issues.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and KPI dashboards by country; perform web analytics to identify UI/UX improvements.
- Conduct competitive monitoring and propose actionable optimisations to improve conversion and user experience.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completing a Bac+5 / Master’s program in Business, Digital, E‑commerce or equivalent (apprenticeship requirement).
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good numerical aptitude, strong attention to detail, organisational autonomy and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Commercial sensibility and sensitivity to luxury and perfumery codes.

Entry‑level / apprenticeship: prior internships or short experience in luxury and/or e‑commerce are highly valued but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Master’s (Bac+5) program in Business, Digital, E‑commerce or equivalent (required for apprenticeship).
