Store Manager
Fendi seeks a Store Manager in London (Sloane Street) to lead the boutique, drive sales, manage teams and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store to achieve commercial objectives and relevant KPIs through daily monitoring, analysis and implementation of corrective action plans
- Drive sales by cultivating a loyal client base, promoting brand heritage, craftsmanship and product categories, and executing cross-selling initiatives
- Provide visible sales leadership: assist in selling, set individual and team targets, and motivate staff to maximise performance
- Manage all aspects of store operations including stock control, administration, roster planning and cost control to ensure efficient daily operation
- Deliver outstanding clienteling and CRM activity, including in-store events and VIP relationship management
- Ensure adherence to company operating procedures, internal controls and service standards across customer service and back-office functions
- Recruit, onboard and develop talent; implement coaching, monthly performance reviews, induction and ongoing training routines
- Maintain Visual Merchandising standards and ensure store presentation is aligned with brand directives and sales performance
- Respond to local market dynamics and competitor activity, and report business insights and operational decisions to regional management
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, with a proven record of delivering sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree advantageous
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrable leadership, strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid administrative and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- High standards of personal presentation and brand representation

Experience
More than 10 years of progressive managerial experience in luxury fashion retail, ideally including leadership of a flagship or high-traffic boutique and demonstrated success in hitting KPIs and developing VIP client relationships.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is an advantage.
