Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Undertake a two-year rotational in-store program: initial 12-month assignment in the home country (including a six-month rotation to an alternate store format) followed by a 12-month international assignment, typically within a department store environment.
  • Shadow and support Department Managers across sales, after-sales, clienteling and team supervision to gain end-to-end retail operational expertise.
  • Lead morning briefings, manage daily store operations, coordinate back-of-house activities and oversee stock control and replenishment processes.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation in line with FENDI guidelines.
  • Drive commercial performance by coaching and motivating sales teams, setting priorities and delivering on KPIs.
  • Deliver exemplary client service and build durable client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalized service.
  • Implement and monitor process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and retail standards.
  • Execute ad-hoc projects and participate in targeted trainings; engage with HR and senior retail leadership for development reviews and exposure to top management.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding academic track record; tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (retail or client-facing roles), preferably within luxury or premium brands.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with strong interpersonal and team-management skills.
  • Commercially minded, with creative sensibility for fashion and a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective communication and strong follow-through.

Experience
