Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the production plan for shoe manufacturing.
  • Monitor production progress and ensure timely deliveries from laboratories.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, modelling, and quality control teams to coordinate the production process.
  • Innovate by applying new ideas, methods, and technologies to enhance production efficiency.
  • Address and resolve manufacturing issues proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to company target KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of shoes production processes. Familiarity with Stealth 3000 and Model Form is advantageous. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and high accuracy. Flexibility and proactivity.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a production planning team, with a focus on shoe manufacturing processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
