Private Client Relations Intern
FENDI seeks a Private Client Relations Intern in New York to support client engagement, retail events and CRM initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Private Client Relations team across the Americas with client engagement tasks and administrative support for high-touch retail initiatives.
- Compile and prepare retail training materials and communications for stores and Client Advisors.
- Pull client reports and perform basic CRM-driven analysis to support event invitation lists and targeting.
- Coordinate logistics for personalized client agendas, special hosting, and travel arrangements for high-end selling events and brand activations.
- Manage allocation and organization of gifting, welcome packages, and on-site communications for retail activations.
- Create and maintain the Retail Events calendar and support internal calendar maintenance for corporate and retail stakeholders.
- Coordinate event logistics for launches and product activations, including vendor liaison and collateral organization.
- Collaborate with Communications, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Supply Chain, CRM and Retail teams to prepare event setup, guidelines and store rollout tools.
- Support tracking of event sales, costs and ROI and assist in preparation of event recaps and reporting.
- Assist with inputting event campaigns into the HQ Retail Activations Tool and support the vendor invoice payment process in partnership with Finance.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail, client relations and event management.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to manage competing priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit and capacity to learn quickly.

Beginner level: internship role intended for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. No prior professional experience required; readiness to learn and contribute in a client-facing luxury retail context is essential.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
