Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and drive HR support to achieve business goals in talent acquisition and retention.
• Manage the recruitment process, including needs assessment, candidate selection, and offer management.
• Enhance direct and indirect sourcing strategies and manage external recruitment vendors.
• Collaborate with the retail team to execute HR projects and initiatives.
• Partner with department heads to build effective organizations aligned with business strategies.
• Support HR Director in managing labor-related issues and preparing preventive actions.
• Coordinate performance appraisal and compensation review processes.
• Develop and implement training programs and tools for organizational development.
• Support retail training initiatives from an HR perspective.
• Prepare recruiting and training budgets and handle internal communications.

Qualifications

• University degree
• 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Experience in product retail business or equivalent
• Native level Japanese and advanced level English
