Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the global Compensation, Benefits & Reward Strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
- Define and govern global compensation and benefits frameworks in alignment with brand values and group guidelines.
- Oversee short and long-term incentive schemes for corporate and retail populations.
- Lead job evaluation and annual salary review processes, ensuring internal equity and market alignment.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and competitiveness across all geographies, with a focus on EU pay transparency.
- Oversee global payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead HR cost control initiatives and analyze expenditures for efficiency improvements.
- Drive the annual HR and payroll budgeting process with data-driven insights.
- Monitor labor cost evolution and productivity indicators, focusing on Retail.
- Collaborate with Retail Excellence to refine workforce planning models and incentive schemes.
- Drive HR reporting initiatives, ensuring global data accuracy.
- Lead HRIS transformation initiatives to enhance effectiveness and transparency.
- Sponsor and coordinate tech & AI HR transformation projects globally.
- Act as a key interface with Group stakeholders on reward policies and governance.
- Ensure strong HR governance and policies worldwide.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Cost Controlling, and Workforce Planning within matrixed and international organizations.
- Strong exposure to Retail and consumer-facing businesses; luxury or premium experience is advantageous.
- Proven track record in leading technological transformation projects in international contexts.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts applied to HR decisions.
- Experience interacting with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 10 years in relevant roles within matrixed and international organizations.
Education
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent; MBA or Executive MBA preferred.
