Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in‑store client service that embodies the brand image and values.
  • Drive sales performance through proactive selling, personalized clientelling and effective use of product knowledge.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including merchandise presentation and visual standards.
  • Utilize client databases to develop relationships and promote brand initiatives and product launches.
  • Ensure consistent pre‑and post‑sales service; handle and resolve customer complaints professionally to preserve client loyalty.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of direct experience with a luxury fashion or leather goods brand.
  • Demonstrated commercial drive with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High degree of responsibility, professionalism and a proactive attitude toward sales and client service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the luxury goods sector and brand heritage.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience within a luxury fashion or leather goods environment, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.
