Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass individual, category and store sales targets while meeting Client Advisor CRM metrics.
- Develop, maintain and grow client books through proactive outreach, personalised clienteling and accurate use of in‑house clienteling tools and customer database.
- Deliver exceptional, bespoke service on the sales floor and during follow‑up communications; handle special requests including repairs, special orders and returns.
- Operate POS system and perform inventory management functions with precision; participate in regular stocking and store maintenance.
- Support visual merchandising standards and implement direction from VM and corporate to maintain brand presentation.
- Participate in opening/closing procedures, morning team meetings and monthly team preparation; assist in onboarding and training new Client Advisors.
- Adhere to all store policies, loss prevention procedures, health & safety guidelines and FENDI dress code and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma required.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and strong results orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift boxes/weights up to 10 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Experience
Minimum of three years' retail experience, with prior luxury/ready‑to‑wear exposure preferred and demonstrated success in clienteling and sales performance.
