Client Advisor

Fendi Saint-Tropez seeks a Client Advisor (Temporary) to deliver exceptional client service, exceed sales targets and manage client relationships. On-site role, fluent English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary in‑store client experiences and consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs across all product categories.
  • Develop, maintain and grow a personal client book through proactive outreach, clienteling and personalised service initiatives to maximise retention and lifetime value.
  • Use CRM and clienteling tools to record, track and follow up on client requests, special orders and after‑sales service, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Execute boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock management and maintenance of presentation and grooming guidelines.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about the Maison’s collections, history and industry trends, and by communicating brand news to clients with authority and nuance.
  • Propose and implement improvements to sales performance and boutique organisation in coordination with store leadership.
  • Comply with internal policies and security procedures to ensure the safety of people and merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven retail experience, ideally within a luxury maison or premium fashion brand.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing KPIs.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Comfortable using mobile sales applications, CRM and clienteling tools.
  • Professional presentation and adherence to dress code and grooming standards.

Experience

At least 3 years of hands‑on retail experience in luxury or premium fashion, with demonstrable success against sales targets and experience operating within boutique environments.

Education
