Fendi in Paris seeks a Client Advisor (Temporary) to deliver exceptional client service, develop a client book and achieve sales KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through attentive, personalized service and expert product knowledge across all boutique categories.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and collective sales targets and CRM KPIs, tracking performance against quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client book, proactively driving client retention, repeat business and long-term relationship value.
  • Execute clienteling activities using CRM and mobile sales applications to manage appointments, follow-ups, and personalised communications.
  • Manage client requests end-to-end including special orders, after-sales service and escalation to internal teams when required.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client databases and tracking files at all times.
  • Contribute to boutique operations and standards: visual merchandising (VM), stock management and upkeep of presentation guidelines.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends, brand history and seasonal collections to provide insightful, up-to-date advice to clients.
  • Adhere to internal policies, procedures and loss-prevention guidelines to protect people and assets.
  • Represent the Maison with consistent professionalism in grooming, dress code and conduct.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven retail experience in a luxury fashion house or similar high-end retail environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing CRM-driven client engagement.
  • Strong commercial and KPI-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and act as an entrepreneurial owner of clientele.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using mobile sales applications and digital tools for client follow-up and reporting.
  • Fluent English; an additional third language is an advantage.
  • Able to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a boutique team.

Experience

Minimum 3–4 years of successful retail experience within a luxury Maison or comparable premium retail environment, with demonstrable results against sales KPIs and client development.

Education

Secondary education; vocational training or diploma in fashion, retail, luxury brand management or a related discipline preferred.
