Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using in-house clienteling tools.
- Achieve critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Manage client books and follow up on client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs and special orders.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures, including loss prevention standards.
- Participate in stocking/restocking and maintain visual standards.
- Utilize POS system accurately and update customer database.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
- RTW experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
