Fendi seeks a Client Advisor in Milan (Palazzo Fendi) on a contract to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement, upselling, cross‑selling and multiple selling across product categories.
  • Develop and nurture a loyal client base by delivering a personalised, high‑touch client experience and implementing CRM strategies.
  • Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries and accurate customer database input.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by correctly receiving, displaying and storing merchandise in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure service quality and client satisfaction through professional conduct, impeccable image standards and attentive follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail sales (2–5 years preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Fluent English.
  • High standards of personal presentation and professional image.
  • Strong selling, communication and relationship‑building skills.

Experience
